Assessor's comments
This is a very user-friendly resource for primary teachers and classes. It contains some real ‘fun’ exercises involving historical bartering as a means of introducing modern monetary affairs. The teachers' guide sets out very clearly a way of using the materials, including National Curriculum references, whilst still managing to maintain flexibility of use. Worksheets and information sheets for the pupils are very attractive and well-produced. The video is informative but also very appealing to pupils.
