MoneySense - The Credit File
A useful resource containing many worksheets and activities. Web-based and paper based versions are available. The resource includes a mixture of multiple choice quizzes and the activities cover inter ter alia loans, debt and borrowing. The online version includes videos and interactive activities.
This is a very comprehensive resource and offers many useful and practical ideas and activities on the themes of loans, debt and borrowing. It also takes the common-sense approach of encouraging students to consider alternative strategies to going down the ‘taking out credit’ route. The activities include ‘real situation’ worksheet, quiz pages, discussion, role play, extension activities, and homework activities. Also, some background information is included every step of the way. The resource can be used either in its entirety or relevant parts can be selected.
