Moneysense Credit Worthy © resourceimage/288_CaseStudy-Becky.jpg

A useful resource containing many worksheets, fact files, videos and interactive activities. The resource includes a mixture of multiple choice quizzes and the activities cover inter alia loans, debt t and borrowing. There is also a particularly useful glossary on financial terms.

This is a very comprehensive resource and offers many useful and practical ideas and activities on the themes of loans, debt and borrowing. It also takes the common-sense approach of encouraging students to consider alternative strategies to going down the ‘taking out credit’ route. The activities include ‘real situation’ worksheet, quiz pages, discussion, role play, extension activities, and homework activities. Also, some background information is included every step of the way. The resource can be used either in its entirety or relevant parts can be selected. Teachers can use the student tracking system to plan their lessons and follow up on their students' progress.
