Primary My Money Week 2011 Activity Pack
My Money Week is designed to support teachers in delivering effective schemes of personal finance education in schools; and in turn helping pupils become financially capable as they prepare for the financial challenges that await them in the outside world.
In 2011 My Money Week ran from 27 June to 3 July and this activity pack aims to inspire you and your students to get involved. The primary pack is brimming with fantastic, flexible activity ideas to help you teach personal finance across the curriculum in My Money Week and beyond. In the pack you will find:
- flexible and fun teaching resources, including lesson plans, starter activities, whole school activities and assembly ideas
- details of this years future gazing national Art and PSHE competition for schools, enter during My Money Week and be in with a chance to win fantastic prizes
- a My Money Week classroom poster to help inspire your pupils
- a pack of challenging scenario cards to help you bring money dilemmas to life in class…or even in the staff room!
