Assessor's comments
This is a very useful resource for teachers. It enables them to apply individual lessons where appropriate or combine lessons into modules. Good visual aids to be used and very suitable for a wide range of age groups. Also, the cards and the supporting activities could provide useful underpinning knowledge to students before they start an enterprise activity. There is an emphasis on credit unions.

Colossal Cards
Colossal cards is a perennial, affordable and flexible resource which can be used from Key Stages 1 – 4 and beyond. I have seen it used in primary, secondary and special educational settings. The outsized cards, cheques etc. lend themselves very well to whole group teaching. Although the pack contains suggested teaching activities, teachers may wish to use additional resources, designed for individual and small-group activities, alongside it e.g. real size blank cheques for learners to complete or interactive chip and pin simulators.
