Case Study No. 35: Fair Oak Business and Enterprise College, Rugeley, Staffordshire: Developing financial capability in religious education

This case study (10 pages) examines how Fair Oak school in Rugeley, Staffordshire used chocolate as an entry point to Fair Trade and the ethics arising from the relationship between rich and poor r countries. Such was the enthusiasm generated that the pupils set about having a Fair Trade chocolate week when, working in groups, they sold Divine chocolate in school and gave messages to customers about Fair Trade at the same time.
