My Money - for primary & secondary schools and LAs

Developed in response to the growing need to prepare children for their financial future, My Money is an innovative financial education programme in England, delivered by a consortium led by pfeg and funded by the Department for Education. It is the first programme to provide a completely joined-up approach to financial education from when a child first starts school, through the transition to working life or further and higher education.
My Money will be giving you access to a wide suite of free resources for primary and secondary schools help you to integrate personal finance activities across the curriculum from PSHE and maths to drama.
A team of 9 regional consultants across England is working collaboratively with local authorities and schools to build and deliver a programme of fun and dynamic resources, lessons and activities. The programme includes our national My Money Week, the first of which took place from 29 June to 5 July 2009, encompassing exciting whole-school activities to engage pupils and teachers. This year's Week took place 28th June to 4th July 2010 and was deemed a great success.

Who else is helping to deliver My Money?
The My Money consortium is commissioned and funded by the Department for Education. My Money will be delivered by a consortium of partners led by pfeg and supported by Edcoms, the PSHE Association and the NCB.
