Claire Taylor
Consultant
Claire trained as a History teacher and taught History and Music to secondary level in East Yorkshire before moving to Sheffield to become a consultant in the field of E-Learning.
Working for Tribal Group in 2004 on the e-sy.info project Claire trained and advised all schools and LAs in South Yorkshire on the embedding of the e-sy.info Learning Platform within their curriculum. She also worked as part of a BSF consortium for Tribal Education and Balfour Beatty.
In late 2006 Claire joined the E-Learning Foundation, a charity providing low income families with access to IT provision in the home through their local school. Claire advised schools in the North of England and Wales on their grants programme and curriculum enhancement through mobile technologies.
Claire is currently studying for her Msc part time at Sheffield Hallam University and in her spare time is a performer with the Hepworth Cookson Homes Brass Band currently ranked in the top 15 in the world.
