Michaela joined pfeg’s senior management team in January 2007 as head of support services where her passion for the management and development of people has helped her build a strong team. She joined the charity after three years in similar roles in the education sector. Her role has recently expanded to support the My Money programme as head of operational and support services, enabling her to build new relationships across the education sector. Outside the office Michaela’s creative streak comes to the fore in art and cooking – a great deal of which gets sampled back at pfeg.
